Terms of service

Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted using a wide range of materials. Sometimes it can be difficult to match size, colour and shape of the resin and fabrics/other materials exactly to those shown in the images on the website, so please allow for some small variations to the images shown.

Please also note that the examples shown on the website may not be for the bezel size that you've chosen.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your piece, please contact us within ten days at manxdnajewellery@gmail.com or via the Manx DNA jewellery Facebook page

We do not offer refunds if you are unhappy with your order due to an error on our part but will instead work with you to repair or redo the design if we agree that we have made a mistake.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

It is sometimes possible to make minor changes to your order, including colour changes or changing your ring size shortly after ordering. However you must contact us as soon as possible to discuss these changes and we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes made on your part.

CANCELLATION 

Once you have placed your order we start making the actual piece. This is custom work and therefore cannot be cancelled after a 24hr period.

We do not allow cancellations or refunds due to our lead time being extended or due to a delay in us sending out inclusion posting kits (we reserve the right to delay posting these kits in order for us to manage our workload). All lead times are ESTIMATED and are subject to change without notice.

Our current ESTIMATED lead time from receipt of inclusions is 8-9 weeks. This time is needed for us to handcraft your jewellery and for us to professionally preserve your inclusions. This estimated time may be subject to change without warning due to situations beyond our control. We will post updates to social media if our lead times are extended far beyond those quoted.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions 

By purchasing or using a gift card from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Validity Period
    Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused balance will expire and cannot be redeemed.

  2. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
    Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. They cannot be returned, reissued, or exchanged for cash, either in part or full.

  3. Not Redeemable for Cash
    Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase additional gift cards.

  4. Redemption
    Gift cards can be used exclusively to purchase memorial jewellery from our store (online or in-person, if applicable). To redeem, enter the unique gift card code at checkout.

  5. Lost or Stolen Cards
    We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards. Please treat your gift card code like cash.

  6. No Change Given
    If the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will stay on the card until the expiration date. No change or cash refund will be given.

  7. Promotional Use
    Gift cards issued as part of a promotion or giveaway may carry additional restrictions and will be clearly marked as such.

  8. Use Limitations
    Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with certain promotional discounts unless explicitly stated.
