Thank you for choosing us to create your special piece of memorial / keepsake jewellery. Each item is handcrafted with care, and we strive to ensure every order is treated with the respect and attention it deserves.

Lead Time

• Our current estimated lead time is 8 weeks from the date we receive the ashes or other DNA inclusions.

• This timeframe may vary slightly during busy periods, but we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Collection by Default

• All orders are set for collection by default.

• You will be contacted when your order is ready, and we will arrange a convenient time for local collection.

Shipping (Optional)

• If you are unable to collect, shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.

• For customers on the Isle of Man, orders will initially be delivered in person where possible.

• For customers outside of the Isle of Man, your item will be carefully packaged and posted via a trusted delivery service.

• While we take every precaution to ensure your jewellery is packaged safely and securely, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage, loss, or delays caused during transit once the item has been handed over to the postal service or courier.
